That is why we are excited to share an upcoming evolution of the Club Caddie reporting module: expanded reporting capabilities starting with expanded pre-canned reporting and expanding to customizable self-build reports. This next step is designed to significantly extend what is possible in reporting across your facility. With access to operational data spanning the full golf experience, this enhancement will create new opportunities to analyze performance across tee sheets, rounds, memberships, events, food and beverage, retail, payments, finance, and more. Our goal is to help you move beyond static reporting and into a more dynamic, visual, and actionable experience — one that helps you identify trends faster, ask better questions, and make stronger decisions. But just as important as what we are building is **how** we build it. We want this reporting experience to reflect the real questions operators are asking every day. The business question you’re trying to answer** Tell us about a business decision you are trying to make or what operational question you need a report to solve. **2. Metrics and columns you want included** List the fields you need to see, including totals, counts, dollars, percentages, averages, statuses, names, dates, departments, membership types, or any other data points that matters in your decision making. **3. The filters and date ranges that matter most** Let us know how you want the data narrowed down — for example by date range, department, course, item category, employee, member type, payment method, event, or facility. **4. How you want the data grouped or displayed** Tell us whether you want the report summarized by day, month, department, item, member, or another grouping.
